Hello1010 Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of Adventure Inc., Japan and has been a strategic partner of KDDI since 2024.
JET provides Japan travel eSIM products powered by the KDDI au network in Japan.

By using our website or purchasing from JET, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

JET sells Japan travel eSIM products for travellers visiting Japan.

Our eSIMs are digital products. After successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be sent to your email address.

Most QR codes are delivered within 5 minutes after payment. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to system, payment, network, or provider processing delays.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that:

  • Your phone supports eSIM.
  • Your phone is not locked by your mobile carrier.
  • Your phone can use mobile data overseas.
  • You have entered the correct email address at checkout.
  • You understand that JET eSIMs are for use in Japan only.

To check eSIM support, dial *#06# on your phone. If an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.

If you are unsure, please contact us before buying.

Your eSIM QR code must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You may install the eSIM before travelling to Japan. Your plan validity starts only when the eSIM connects to a supported network in Japan.

Example: If you bought a 7-day plan, you may install it before your trip. The 7-day validity will only start when the eSIM connects in Japan.

Once your eSIM is installed:

  • Do not delete or remove it from your phone.
  • It cannot be reinstalled after deletion.
  • It cannot be transferred to another phone.
  • It cannot be shared across devices except by hotspot, subject to your plan’s hotspot quota.

If you delete the eSIM, install it on the wrong device, or attempt to transfer it to another phone, you may need to purchase a new eSIM.

JET eSIMs are data-only products.

They do not include traditional voice calls or SMS.

JET eSIMs support:

  • 4G and 5G where available
  • Mobile data in Japan
  • Hotspot/tethering, subject to the plan’s hotspot quota
  • Apps such as WhatsApp, Google, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and ChatGPT, subject to normal app and local network conditions

Actual speed and network performance may vary depending on location, device, signal strength, network traffic, weather, underground areas, buildings, and other factors outside our control.

Different JET plans may have different usage rules.

eSIM Japan Infinite Premium

No fair usage policy and no speed throttling. Hotspot quota limitation applies.

eSIM Japan Data Plan

Comes with a fixed data quota. Once the data is fully used, the plan will stop working. Hotspot usage depends on the plan’s data quota.

eSIM Japan Infinite Lite
Unlimited data usage with speed throttling at up to 10Mbps. Hotspot quota limitation applies.

All prices are charged in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through HitPay and other payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store your full card details on our website.

After payment, you will receive order confirmation and eSIM delivery emails.

Please make sure your email address is correct.

If you entered the wrong email address, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & eSIM Usage Policy.

Because eSIMs are digital products, refunds are limited once the QR code has been issued.

Please read the Refund & eSIM Usage Policy before purchasing.

If your eSIM does not work while you are overseas, you must contact us immediately while you are still overseas.

In many cases, connection issues are caused by phone settings and can be fixed quickly with our support team’s guidance.

JET provides travel eSIM products using third-party telecommunications networks and systems.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Temporary network disruptions
  • Foreign telco service interruptions
  • Poor signal areas
  • Device incompatibility
  • Carrier-locked phones
  • Incorrect phone settings
  • Customer deleting or removing the eSIM
  • App restrictions or third-party platform issues
  • Changes in telco plans, policies, or network availability

We will always try to help, but network performance is not fully within our control.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with our systems, attempt fraud, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend, refuse, or cancel orders if we detect suspicious activity, payment issues, abuse, or fraud.

All content on this website, including brand names, text, visuals, design, icons, graphics, and product information, belongs to JET, Hello1010 Sdn. Bhd., or our licensors and partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
